Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KoreBid (the "Service"). By checking the acceptance box at sign-up and by using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read this: KoreBid's estimates are AI-assisted drafts. They can be wrong or incomplete, and you must review and verify every estimate yourself before using it. KoreBid is not liable for how an estimate turns out or for anything it misses. See Estimates, accuracy & your professional responsibility below.

The Service

KoreBid is a software tool that helps contractors create estimates and proposals, including turning recorded conversations into structured estimates using AI. Features and plans may change over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the Service.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. A free trial, if offered, requires a payment method up front and converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it unlawfully, attempting to breach its security, reverse-engineering it, or using it to send unlawful or unconsented communications. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record conversations.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant KoreBid a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Estimates, accuracy & your professional responsibility

KoreBid uses AI to help you produce estimates, proposals, transcripts, and related output. This output is a drafting aid, not a substitute for your professional judgment. KoreBid does not guarantee that any estimate is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular job. The Service may misprice work, omit or miss scope, misinterpret a recording, photo, or plan, apply the wrong quantities or rates, or otherwise produce errors.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and verifying every estimate and all other output before you send it to a customer, rely on it, sign a contract, or begin work. You must independently confirm all scope, quantities, materials, labor, pricing, taxes, and terms. KoreBid is not your estimator, contractor, accountant, or advisor, and provides no professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoreBid is not responsible or liable for any underbid, overbid, missed or omitted item, cost overrun, lost profit, rejected or disputed proposal, or any other outcome arising from an estimate or from your use of the Service — including where an estimate did not turn out the way you wanted or the Service missed something. All estimates require human verification before use.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by KoreBid and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoreBid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KoreBid and its owners, employees, and vendors from and against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your estimates and proposals, your dealings with your customers, the content you submit, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can export your data before termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which KoreBid operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
